What file types do you accept?

PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, and PSD all work. For the cleanest cut, a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI is ideal, but send what you have and we'll let you know!

Always. Every order gets a free digital proof before anything goes to print. You approve it, request changes, or cancel. Your call.

Glossy is shiny and makes colors pop, great for bold vibrant designs. Matte has a flat, premium finish, more subtle and resists fingerprints. Not sure? Just ask!

How fast can I get them?
Proof in 24 hrs, printed in 24–72 hrs after you approve.
All orders require a minimum of 20 stickers. Payment is collected after you review and approve your digital proof. No charges are made until you give explicit approval. All sales are final once production begins.
2. Proofs and Approvals
We provide a free digital proof for every order within 24 hours. You may request changes before approving. Once you approve, your order enters production and no further changes can be made to the design, size, or quantity.
3. Artwork and Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have the rights to use the design. Just Stickers is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork. We do not store or share your artwork with third parties.
4. Shipping and Local Delivery
Production takes 24 to 72 hours after proof approval, depending on order size: 24 to 48 hours for orders under 1,000 stickers, and 48 to 72 hours for orders of 1,000 or more. After production, shipping takes an estimated 3 to 5 business days for orders under 1,000 stickers, and 4 to 6 business days for orders of 1,000 or more. Free local delivery is available within the San Gabriel Valley on orders of 300 or more stickers. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. Just Stickers is not responsible for carrier delays.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because every order is custom printed, we do not accept returns. If there is a production error on our end, we will reprint or issue a credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and the artwork you submit. We use this information solely to process and fulfill your order.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to communicate with you about your order, send proofs, process payment, and arrange delivery. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Artwork and Files
Files you upload are stored temporarily for production purposes and are not shared with outside parties. We do not use your artwork for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
Email Communications
By placing an order, you may receive transactional emails related to your order such as proof links, shipping confirmations, and receipts. We only send marketing emails, like occasional deals, if you opt in when you order. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects emails about your orders. After your order, we may email you once to ask for a review. If you leave one and say it's OK to show it, we display it on our website with your first name and last initial only.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and improve your experience.
How We Use Cookies
